Whether you come for Reiki, energy healing, or simply to be held in compassionate presence, my intention is not to fix you. I am here to walk beside you as you reconnect with the healer already within.

Reiki is an ancient healing practice that works with the body’s natural energy field to release tension, restore balance, and support the nervous system in returning to a state of rest. Through light, non-intrusive touch – or hands held just above the body – sessions invite a deep settling that many describe as profoundly peaceful. No special preparation is needed. You simply arrive, and allow.
